Sachin Pandey is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Faculty of Management Studies and Research, Babu Dinesh Singh University, Garhwa (Jharkhand). He is a passionate educator, researcher, and career mentor committed to empowering students through quality education, research, and professional guidance.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Financial Management, Sachin combines academic excellence with practical industry experience. He holds an MBA in Finance & Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Entrepreneurship, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). His academic journey reflects a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Before entering academia, Sachin gained valuable experience in business management, digital marketing, project management, and skill development. He served as Business Head at Shian Media Pvt. Ltd., where he led business operations, digital content strategy, partnerships, and marketing initiatives. He later worked as Project Coordinator at Datapro Computer Pvt. Ltd., managing government-funded skill development projects and ensuring effective implementation and compliance.
As a researcher, his interests include Financial Management, Green Finance, ESG, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Digital Education, and Business Strategy. He actively contributes to academic research, paper writing, curriculum development, and student mentoring. He has also qualified UGC NET (Management) and is an NSDC Certified Digital Marketing Trainer, reflecting his expertise in both academia and industry-oriented education.
