The Power of Subconscious Mind
Do you know the power of the subconscious mind? There are 3 different levels of mind:-

  1. Conscious
  2. Subconscious
  3. Unconscious

The conscious mind controls our thoughts and actions which we are aware of. The subconscious mind controls our reactions and automatic actions. If we think about, like our car driving skills – at one time when we learn to drive a car then we don’t think much about which gear we have to use, which pedal we have to press, or which mirror we have to use. We can know all the things if we think about them.

The unconscious mind defines all past events and memories. Although most of the time we can’t able to access them. No matter how much you try, we can’t remember those things. Just like the first word we speak or our first walking experience, we didn’t remember.

The subconscious mind is a powerful secondary system that runs everything in life. Learning communication between conscious and subconscious is a powerful tool that drives us towards success, happiness, and richness. The subconscious mind is the data bank of those things which are not present in our conscious mind. It is the store of your beliefs, experiences, memories, and skills. Whatever you see, do or think, they are present there only (in the subconscious mind). It is your guidance system. It checks the alerts and opportunities provided by the senses and sends that information to your conscious mind. The communication between the conscious and subconscious mind is two-sided. Whenever we get ideas, emotions, any memory, or past images then our subconscious mind communicates to our conscious mind.

Now the question is how we use the power of the subconscious mind to get success. When you meditate and take control over your breathing then you shift control to your conscious mind from your subconscious mind and you don’t need to think about it. Every second, a lot of information comes to your brain. If it sees and processes everything then it will burst out that’s why there is a barrier in between which is your subconscious mind. It processes everything and provides you the information which is important at that particular time.

Fear and Negative Self Talk– To get the power of the subconscious mind, we have to throw out the thoughts of negative emotions. You should stop talking negatively to yourself and take care of the thing that should not be filled with emotions. Mostly your fear gets real especially if it is filled with emotions. The best way to stop negative self-talking is the “counter technique”. Whenever you get a negative thought in your mind just counter it with a strong positive thought.

Burning Desire – Your subconscious mind will also act on those thoughts which come with your desire. Your subconscious mind will do everything to fulfill that desire. It will provide every useful information to the conscious mind by which you achieve it. When your goals become the obsession for your life and when you have the burning desire to achieve them then you are successful. A cricketer becomes the best one because he/she has that burning desire to be at the top position. They don’t want anything else in their life. They remain ready to do anything to achieve it.

The Motivational Technique – Find out what energizes you to work upon your goals. It can be any positive person in your life who encourages you or it can be any motivational video (documentary) or any energetic song. Ways can be any but try to make it a part of your day-to-day activity so that your burning desire will remain active to help you in achieving goals. With this, you will have an abundance of thoughts about your goal in your subconscious mind so that the burning desire will remain connected to it.

Faith and Love– Two of the most powerful emotions are faith and love. With them, any notion gets power and it easily enters the subconscious mind them mind works upon it and converts it into action, opportunity, and an idea. Faith is different from expectations because when we have faith in ourselves, we are sure about our result and when we have expectations from us then we suggest ourselves a positive scenario in uncertain conditions.

The Visualization Technique – The next step to achieve your goal is to visualize it. It is best for the surety of the outcome. The outcome will become reality if we have faith instead of expectations. It is one of the powerful techniques by which you visualize your life in a way that you have already achieved your desire. Every day, for some moments, visualize your life after the achievement of your goals. Do it so well as you can. What are you wearing? How are you acting? How are you feeling?

Have you ever thought that how some people get new opportunities easily? This is because their subconscious mind provides more information about a specific subject as compared to other normal people. How you ever paid attention that when you decide to do something then soon you start getting opportunities regarding it. This is just because when you make a decision to do something then you make a notion and we connect it with the desire and faith; suddenly we start getting the information that is useful to achieve that particular goal. This is the difference between getting or losing an opportunity that depends upon how we set our subconscious mind and which tasks we give to it. When you have a goal, power it with your desire and when you have faith in your outcome then you start noticing the opportunities. Everything gets filtered and get stored in your memories.

The control of information that enters the subconscious mind is given to humans by nature in the form of senses. But most people do not use this control that’s why they face a lot of unfamiliar or opposite situations in their life. The methods of providing notion to the subconscious mind are known as auto-suggestion. The thought of the subconscious affects the subconscious mind by entering into it.

The Mantra Technique – This is again one of the most powerful techniques. In this, you have to repeat a positive mantra in your mind or shout it out which helps you in eliminating your problems and fear. The more you repeat it the more you feel strong. For example, you can say to yourself that I am the best and I am successful. Examples can be many like the one most of us have seen in the 3 Idiots movie, when Rancho (character) chants “All is Well” in opposite situations.

Giving you a gist, first of all, set a different goal for your life, now you have to write it down with your desire of getting it. Read out the goal every morning and remain faithful to the outcome. Do it once before sleeping also. Remember one thing,  to influence your subconscious mind you have to pay something and that is persistence.
